Trezor Suite

Official desktop & web app

A simpler, safer way to manage crypto

Trezor Suite is the secure companion for hardware wallet users who want clarity and control. Built by the Trezor team, Suite brings together firmware verification, account management, market data, and privacy controls in one desktop application.

The Suite is designed for both new users and power users. Newcomers benefit from guided setup and clear explanations, while experienced users get advanced options like passphrase accounts, exportable transaction history, and integration with external tools — all while keeping private keys offline.

Why Trezor Suite matters

Managing crypto safely requires separating the signing of transactions from internet-facing devices. Trezor Suite enforces that separation: your private keys remain inside the Trezor hardware and never leave it. Suite acts as a secure interface that prepares transactions and sends them to your device to sign. This model reduces risk dramatically compared to web wallets or custodial services.

Hardware-protected signing

Transactions and sensitive operations must be confirmed on your Trezor device. Suite displays human-readable details while the device performs cryptographic signatures internally.

Clear portfolio & analytics

View balances, track performance, and inspect historical transactions. Suite combines market data with your on-device accounts to present an accurate portfolio snapshot.

Open-source & auditable

Suite and the device firmware are open to inspection. This transparency helps independent researchers validate the security model and contributes to long-term trust.

Privacy-focused options

Use Tor routing, disable analytics, and keep local data on your machine. Suite puts privacy settings in your hands while delivering full functionality.

How it works — a short technical outline

Trezor Suite communicates with the hardware wallet using an encrypted channel. When you prepare a transaction in Suite, the software constructs the transaction data but does not sign it. The unsigned payload is transmitted to your Trezor device which then displays the details on its screen. You physically inspect and approve the transaction using device buttons; only then does the device sign and return the signed transaction to Suite for broadcasting to the network.

This approach ensures that even if your computer is compromised, attackers cannot generate valid signatures because the secret signing key is never exposed.

Practical tips & recommended workflow

For everyday use, we recommend: keep your recovery seed offline, use a strong device PIN, enable a passphrase when additional account separation is desired, and perform firmware updates only via Trezor's official channels. Backup your recovery phrase in a secure, fire-resistant location and consider metal backups if you want long-term durability.

Use Suite for preparing and reviewing transactions; rely on the device for all approvals. If you manage many addresses or a high-value portfolio, consider a dedicated machine for sensitive operations and keep it offline as much as possible.

Supported assets & integrations

Suite supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, and many major altcoins and ERC-20 tokens. In addition to core wallet features, Suite integrates with exchanges and services to let you swap or buy crypto without exposing private keys.
